Overview of Role: 
We're a fully remote web development agency that is looking to expand the organization to include a part-time Project Manager with a focus on our sales and marketing initiatives to help us stay organized, move projects forward, and drive business growth. This is a hybrid role that combines project management, marketing execution, sales support, and operations. You’ll work directly with the founder and team to keep clients happy, support outreach and marketing, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Lead small client/project calls and capture action items
  • Create, assign, and track tasks for the team
  • Manage timelines and ensure follow-through
  • Make light updates to WordPress and Shopify sites

Sales & Outreach

  • Join sales calls, take notes, and track next steps
  • Send follow-up emails and update the CRM
  • Prep and send proposals, capabilities decks, and contracts (DocuSign)
  • Support outbound campaigns and B2B outreach

Marketing & Growth

  • Draft and send email newsletters
  • Draft and schedule social posts
  • Update portfolio and landing pages with new content
  • Pull ad reports, update ad copy, and assist with new campaign setup

AI & Research

  • Research new tools and workflows
  • Assist in creating and documenting AI agents for internal use

Hiring & Admin

  • Prep candidate docs before interviews
  • Send next step or decline emails
  • Pay contractors, manage reimbursements, and assist with light compliance

Who You Are

  • Experience working remotely
  • 2+ years experience as a project manager or related discipline
  • 2+ years experience working at a web agency
  • 2+ years experience with e-commerce (Shopify, Shopify Plus, and/or WooCommerce)
  • Experience with writing sales proposals for new business.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Coordination between our team and clients is critical and being able to clearly convey updates and requirements is a must
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable with tools like WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot/CRM, ad platforms, and AI tools (or quick to learn)
  • Tech-savvy and curious about automation and AI
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities without letting things slip
  • Likes wearing many hats and thrives in a flexible environment

Role Details

  • Remote, flexible hours (with overlap to work U.S. business hours)
  • Part-time (20–30 hrs/week) possible
  • Compensation depending on experience

  • Nimble: Can shift easily between multiple projects, changing gears and managing several priorities at once. 
  • Sense of Ownership: Treats each project as their own and is invested in its success.
  • Problem Solver: When presented with a problem or challenge, you take it upon yourself to find a solution. 
  • Accountable: As a part of a wholly remote team, you are a self starter that is able to stay on task and hold yourself accountable to meeting deadlines without being micromanaged.
